The very easy formula for success, I have found is KASH K = Knowledge A=Attitude S= Skill H= Habit K stands for knowledge that a person gains from school, college, universities or any other training institute.  Education empowers and transforms the person to be better for self and for the world. A= Attitude  Despite best education if a person does not have good attitude i.e. an intent to believe that the education I have is not good or is faulty and I should not work to improve myself - does not lead person to be successful in life. S = Skill    I view skill as that part of knowledge which is used for the purpose of turning stones into statues. Best education when not applied properly cannot give the desired results to the person. H= Habit   Last but not the least is habit. बेदांतों में इंसान की 100 साल उम्र लिखी गई है।  और इसे 4 खंडो में बांटा गया है धर्म ,  अर्थ ,  काम  और मोक्ष। आज की पीढ़ी तो शायद सारा  जीवन पहले यानि धर्म पर ही समापत कर देती है।  जीवन के बारे में कहा जा सकता है की बनाने बाले ने गैस का सिलिंडर यानी जीवन तो 100 साल के लिए भरा है परन्तु कुछ तो इस सिलिंडर को 20 , 30 ,40 ,50 साल में ही जला कर समापत कर देते हैं।  इतना सोचते हैं इतना करते हैं इतना पड़ते हैं जो 100 में प्राप्त किया जा सकता है उसे 20 ,30 ,50 साल की उम्र में पाना चाहते हैं।  सभी तरह के हथकंडे अपना कर रातों रात उपलब्धियां चाहते हैं ,  नतीजा, सेहत ख़राब, माँ बाप , भाई बहन , रिश्ते नाते परेशान पशेमान।  सच को नकारते हैं  सभी  कुछ बदलते हैं परन्तु अपनी सोच अपने विचार नहीं बदलते हैं इस लिए दुखी ही रहते हैं।  सभी अपने जीवन के लिए खुद जिम्मेबार हैं आप चुनाओ करने के लिए आजाद हैं।  परन्तु जो चुन लिया उसके फल भोगने ही पड़ते हैं हैं फल आजाद नहीं हैं।  यह दुिनया पहले भी थी अब भी है और आगे भी रहेगी।  इसी लिए कृष्ण भगवन ने कहा है  जो हुआ अच्छा हुआ , जो हो रहा है अच्छा हो रहा है , जो होगा
